Our Founders
Robert Hall
Robert and Melissa are the founders of Lightek Fiber Services LLC. They have worked together as a husband and wife team in the Telecommunications Industry for many years. Robert got introduced to the industry over 20 years ago and has since made a reputable name for himself amongst his fellow Telecom peers. It quickly became a passion and evident career path for him, Melissa joining alongside him shortly after. Melissa was a graphic designer for more than 10 years prior to entering the industry which led her to find a passion for CADD. Combining their extensive knowledge and determination has allowed them to kickstart this rapidly expanding company.
